Cancel renewing services from Account, keep permanent TabForge Pro after sync cancellation, and contact support promptly if a charge is incorrect.
Quick summary
- Cancel renewing subscriptions any time from Account.
- Access continues through your current billing period.
- Canceling TabForge Private Sync does not remove permanent Pro.
- Delivery-based usage charges usually are not refundable once incurred.
Subscriptions
SendForge subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation. TabForge Private Sync is included for 60 days with a new $10 Pro purchase, then renews at $5/month until canceled. You won’t be billed again after cancellation unless you re-subscribe.
Refund review
New subscriptions can be reviewed within 14 days if you were charged in error or couldn’t access the service. Message-delivery fees are generally not refundable once messages have been sent.
