Delete your account and associated product data.
We verify requests before removing account content from SendForge and TabForge systems.
How to request deletion
- Email us from the address associated with your account.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Send it to [email protected].
What is deleted
- User profile data
- Contacts and groups
- Message history and drafts
- Usage data associated with the account
- TabForge Private Sync notes, images, layouts, shortcuts, and Pro recovery backup objects in private Cloudflare storage
- TabForge per-account device, quota, and synchronization metadata
What may remain
- Billing and tax records where legally required
- Minimal compliance data needed to satisfy legal obligations
Verified deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. Before requesting deletion, cancel any renewing subscription from Account to stop the next renewal; access continues through the paid period unless the applicable terms state otherwise. Deleting the account is a separate process.
